MacEwan’s out-of-scope (OOS) employees are those who, due to the nature of their work, are excluded from membership in a union in accordance with the Public Service Employee Relations Act.

Employees’ Code of Conduct
Our Employees’ Code of Conduct describes the culture and values of MacEwan University employees and sets the guidelines for our vision of excellence. The Code outlines the ethical standards that we believe foster and sustain an environment of trust, collegiality and openness. The Employees’ Code of Conduct applies to all employees, including independent contractors.
