DIPLOMA

Study the tools of the information trade–and how to use them–with courses in public services and programming, information technology, social justice and ethics, organization of information, and records management.

You’ll develop the skills necessary for this industry with a combination of library and information management-specific courses. In addition, you will take courses such as Sociology, Psychology, and English to help develop the wide range of knowledge needed for success in this human service-based career. A practicum at the end of the second year will help solidify classroom learning and allow you to make valuable contacts in the field.
