Want to live downtown, but hoping to save on rent? MacEwan University has collaborated with local developers to give students a discount on nearby housing. If you’d like to live close to campus, this is your chance.
This pilot project opens in Summer 2025 and is available to students prepared to lease a unit before September 1, 2025.
How it works
Participating in the pilot project is simple, but it’s important to act quickly and understand what’s involved.
- Reach out to the property owner to find out unit availability and lease terms. A limited number of discounted units are available.
- Discounted units are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may change as units are leased out.
- The property owner may ask for proof of enrollment, which you can access in MyStudentSystem. access proof of enrolment
As the renter, you are fully responsible for understanding the terms of your rental agreement. MacEwan University is not involved with rental agreements or any related issues.
