During Mental Health Week, the entire MacEwan University community is invited to come together to learn about mental health and how to create a supportive campus.

Learn skills to manage your own mental health or to support others. Engage in self-care activities,  attend a workshop, or find supports at the resource fair. Everyone is welcome.

Mental Health Week 2026 runs from January 19 to 23.

Gratitude Trees

Practicing gratitude can support mental well-being. Gratitude trees provide a physical space to share what you’re grateful for. Watch for stations across campus.

VR for Mental Health

Stop by the Makerspace in the Library from January 19 to 23 to enjoy cool virtual reality activities. The space is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.

This week is about fostering a supportive campus community, bringing people together, sharing experiences and learning about mental health.
