STUDENT FINANCIAL SUPPORT
Be sure to claim the funding available to you
Scholarships, awards and bursaries are a great place to start, since none of them need to be repaid. Many consider criteria other than your grades, focusing on leadership, community involvement or financial need instead. It’s worth applying for all that you qualify for.

When and how to apply
Apply to MacEwan by March 1, and you will be automatically considered for entrance scholarships. From there, you can apply for additional scholarships, awards and bursaries through our online award system.
Government student loans can also help cover tuition, books and living expenses, based on your financial need and the province you live in. You don’t need to be accepted into a program before you apply. Sponsored and Indigenous funding may also be available.
