Throughout the year, our student recruitment advisors travel within and outside of Alberta to answer students’ questions about life at MacEwan University, to speak to parents, and to support counsellors who want to provide their students with solid advice. From one-on-one admission advising to parent information sessions to scholarships and awards presentations, we tailor our visits to meet your community’s needs.
Each fall, we also offer a Counsellor Information Session on campus, right in the heart of downtown Edmonton. This session provides you with the information you need to confidently answer the questions your students might have about MacEwan.
MacEwan at your school
Our Student Recruiters are available to provide a multitude of activities to students, from an introduction and overview of the university, our programs and services, to assisting students with the application and admission process and even supporting their transition from high school to university. Activities can be tailored to specific classes/topics as well as be made to align with specific curricular outcomes – we welcome the opportunity to work together in designing activities which meet the needs of you and your students, throughout their entire journey of Post-Secondary exploration. Counsellor information sessions
Open to anyone who assists high school students explore their post-secondary options, our annual event provides timely, up-to-date information and updates on programs, admissions, scholarships, student services and more.
