Our fitness programming serves people of all abilities and interests—from Olympic weightlifting and kickboxing to yoga and Pilates. Registered courses require a fee to participate. Value-Added classes are free for members, included with the purchase of a pass or with paid facility access.
We offer a wide variety of Drop-in classes that are free for members and pass holders. These classes are also included with the daily drop-in fee.
Whether you want to try something new or stick to your favorite routine, there’s a class for everyone. Our selection of Drop-in classes varies each term, offering new and exciting options to keep you active and engaged.

Each term, we curate a diverse selection of specialty fitness programs designed to enhance your workout routine. These premium courses are not included with any membership or pass, and they require a separate fee, with discounted rates for students and members.
