Bachelor suite
A fully private, open-concept suite with a bedroom area, bathroom and kitchenette. A limited number include barrier-free features. Available to returning students only.
Two-bedroom suite
You and a roommate each get a large private bedroom with its own lock, plus a shared kitchenette and bathroom. This is our most common suite type.
Four-bedroom suite
You and three roommates share a furnished living room and kitchenette. Each person has a large private bedroom with a lock and access to two shared bathrooms.
Are you a first year student in a full-time program? If so, your residence application is given priority, which means you are assigned a shared suite ahead of other applicants. To qualify, simply apply for an 8- or 12-month residence term by April 1.
